Manufacturing Process of Aluminum Bar

Step 1.  Casting:

preparing raw material according to different compositions → smelting → casting → cutting → homogenizing → cooling and cleaning

Step 2.  Heat extrusion:

preparing (aluminum bar and mold heating )  → extruding → straightening → cutting → finishing

Step 3.  Timing:

quenching and timing in accordance with different tempers
