Color hot melt mylar is a kind of insulation material used widely in Cable and Wire
Color hot melt mylar is consisted of 3 parts mainly: Copper Foil, Polyester Film and EAA Film. The Copper Foil provides conductivity and electromagnetic insulation better than Aluminum. And Polyester Film provides electrical insulation and high mechanical strength. EAA has good viscosity to PE material when it reaches about 90 ℃. So we called it Hotmelt Self-adhesive.
